Thank you for your booking.
Appointments start at the scheduled time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule it is appreciated if you do so outside of 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
COVID-19: Heightened sanitary practices and hygiene is in place. If you are feeling unwell, are immune compromised, are in contact with an immune compromised person or are in isolation, please change your appointment to a distance healing session.
We offer FREE Australia wide shipping on all orders over $50.
Orders under $50 have an $8.95 postage charge.
We currently ship only to Australia.
Once a parcel has been sent by us and is in the possession of Australia Post, we are not liable for your parcel. If you have any issues regarding your parcel delivery please send us an email so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
The customer is responsible for listing the correct delivery address on an order.
Orders returned to us because they have been sent to an incorrectly listed delivery address, or have not been collected from the local post office within their time frame, can be resent with a postage charge of $8.95 payable by the customer.
We do not refund for change of mind.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item please immediately contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
